General Returns
All returns, including spare parts, consumables, and preventative maintenance items must be made within 60 days of purchase and will only be accepted if the item is unused, in like-new condition, and returned in its original packaging. A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.Chemical Products
Due to biosecurity protocols, health, safety and product integrity standards, chemical products delivered via route trucks are final sale and not eligible for return.
Returns will only be considered in cases of a manufacturer recall or verified product defect, in which case a replacement product will be provided.Special Orders
Special order items are final sale and cannot be returned.Project-Related Purchases
Returns for parts or equipment purchased as part of a project are subject to the terms outlined in your sales contract, in addition to this return policy. Please refer to your contract for specific return provisions.Avonbank Inc. reserves the right to inspect returned items and deny refunds or exchanges if they do not meet the above conditions. Restocking fees may apply to certain returns. Please contact Avonbank Inc. for authorization before returning any product.
