Avonbank Inc. Return Policy
Returns for all consumable items and preventative maintenance parts must be made within 60 days of purchase and will only be accepted if the item is unused, in like-new condition, and in its original packaging.
For biosecurity reasons, returns on route truck chemicals will not be accepted.
A valid proof of purchase on record is required for all returns.
Avonbank Inc. reserves the right to inspect returned items and deny refunds or exchanges if products do not meet these conditions. Special order items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Restocking fees may apply to certain returns. Please contact Avonbank Inc. for authorization before returning any product. Returns for items purchased as part of a project will be subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the sales contract, in addition to Avonbank Inc.'s return policy. Please refer to your contract for specific return provisions related to your project.
