We are growing our team and currently seeking a Lely Service & Support Technician to install, maintain, and service automated dairy barn equipment, including Lely Astronaut robotic milking systems, Vector feeding systems, Juno feed pushers, and Discovery barn cleaners.

What You’ll Do
- Install, service, and maintain Lely robotic and automated barn systems on dairy farms within our serving area of across Southwestern Ontario, with a primary focus on the Oxford, Lambton, Essex, Chatham-Kent and Elgin County regions.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues.
- Provide on-site customer support, training, and preventative maintenance.
- Work both independently and collaboratively as part of our growing service team.
- Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule (shared among team members).

What We're Looking For
- Interest or experience in dairy farming, agriculture, automation, or mechanical/electrical systems.
- Mechanical aptitude with experience in troubleshooting and repairs.
- Comfort working with electronic controls, computers, and mobile devices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to work overtime and participate in an on-call rotation.
